Looking to raise awareness of the the brand, our core objectives were to increase audience reach while driving more web traffic from social media. In addition we were aiming to capture quality customer data for brand use.
What We Did
We created an innovative campaign to promote Jazz Hostels as a destination, which was designed to help positively alter perception through an interactive competition which we crafted. Reaching out through highly influential bloggers with a combined following of 75,000 and with the help of targeted ads on social media, users were referred to an interactive mini-site, which they were encouraged to share with their friends and family. In addition we also undertook SEO rebuilding and engaged with users through personalized segmented email outreach and through extensive content created by our Influencers.

Hugely successful, our advertising campaign generate a total of nearly 2,200,000 targeted impressions and a click through rate (CTR) of 1.89% – compared to an industry average of 0.56% – representing exceptional value for money. In what proved to be Jazz Hostels most successful data acquisition campaign to date, 37% of respondents opted in to receive further information via the newsletter we created. In addition we managed to increase social media following by 12,500 and the resulting huge surge in incoming traffic enabled a 20% increase in revenue!
