1) Who we are and scope
This policy applies to: (a) visitors to our website; (b) prospects and clients who contact us, request proposals, sign up for updates, or receive consulting services; and (c) partners and vendors we interact with. This policy is an integral part of our Terms & Conditions.
For purposes of Israeli law, 4Bridge is the database owner/controller of personal data it collects for its own business (consulting, marketing, operations). In some projects we may act as a processor on behalf of a client; where we do so, the client is the controller and their instructions and privacy disclosures apply.
2) Information we collect
We may collect the following categories of information:
2.1 Identifiers & contact details – name, email, phone, job title, company, country/city, and similar details you provide via forms, email, WhatsApp, or meetings.
2.2 Commercial information – proposals requested, services purchased, budgets, billing contacts, bank transfer confirmations or partial payment details (we do not store full card numbers).
2.3 Communications – emails, messages, meeting notes, support requests, feedback, and call scheduling metadata.
2.4 Usage & device data – pages viewed, referral URLs, approximate location (based on IP), timestamps, basic device/browser details, and interactions, collected via cookies or similar technologies.
2.5 Content you provide – briefs, assets, creative materials, analytics exports, and related files shared to receive our services.
2.6 Public/third‑party sources – public business profiles, LinkedIn, conference attendee lists, or referrals, subject to applicable law.
Please do not send us sensitive personal data (e.g., health, biometric, precise location, religious/ethnic origin) unless we explicitly agree in writing and have appropriate safeguards in place.
We do not knowingly collect special categories of data (e.g., health, religion) and we do not target children under 18.
3) Why we use your information (purposes)
We use information to:
Provide, operate, and improve our website and consulting services;
Respond to inquiries, send proposals, and manage projects;
Perform analytics, reporting, and quality assurance;
Personalize content and measure engagement;
Send service communications and, with consent where required, marketing updates;
Prevent fraud, secure our systems, and comply with law;
Maintain business records (contracts, invoices, accounting, taxes).
We do not provide legal advice. Any compliance guidance we offer is general and informational only; you remain responsible for obtaining legal counsel regarding your obligations.
4) Legal grounds (where required)
Depending on your location, our use of data may rely on one or more of the following: performance of a contract; legitimate interests (e.g., operating a B2B consultancy, securing systems, improving services); consent (e.g., newsletters, certain cookies); and legal obligations (e.g., bookkeeping, responding to lawful requests). We aim to align with the Privacy Protection Law, 5741‑1981 and applicable regulations.
5) Sharing your information
We may share information with:
Service providers (processors): IT hosting, email, CRM, analytics, file storage, invoicing, and similar tools under contractual safeguards;
Partners and subcontractors: for project execution, under confidentiality obligations;
Payment and financial institutions: to process payments and comply with accounting/tax rules;
Authorities and courts: where required by law, regulation, or legal process;
Business transfers: if we reorganize, merge, or transfer activities, subject to this policy’s commitments.
We do not sell your personal information. We require processors to implement appropriate security measures and process data only on our instructions. They are responsible for their own services and independent privacy practices outside those instructions and their contract with us.
6) International data transfers
We may store or process information in Israel and other countries. When we transfer information internationally, we use appropriate measures consistent with applicable law (e.g., contractual safeguards). Where relevant, we will follow principles reflected in the Privacy Protection Regulations (Transfer of Data to Databases Abroad), 5761‑2001.
7) Cookies and similar technologies
7.1 What we use. Our website may use cookies, pixels, SDKs, or local storage for essential functionality, analytics, performance measurement, and (if enabled) remarketing.
7.2 Your choices. Most browsers allow you to block or delete cookies. Blocking some cookies may affect site functionality. Where required by law, we display a cookie banner with preference controls.
7.3 Examples of tools (customize to your stack):
Analytics (e.g., Google Analytics/Tag Manager) – usage statistics;
Performance/UX (e.g., CDNs, A/B testing) – reliability and optimization;
Marketing (e.g., LinkedIn/X/Meta pixels) – audience measurement (only if used).
Tell us which tools you actually use so we can complete the annexed cookie table.
8) Marketing communications and Israel Anti‑Spam compliance (Section 30A)
We may send you updates about our services by email, SMS, or messaging apps with your prior consent where required. You can opt out at any time via the link in the message or by emailing info@4bridge.org. Where Israeli law requires (Section 30A), we mark marketing messages as "advertisement" ("פרסומת"), include clear sender details, and honor opt‑out requests within 3 business days.
Client contact lists. If you provide us with contact lists or ask us to send communications on your behalf, you represent and warrant that you have obtained all required consents and provided all required notices. You are responsible for honoring unsubscribe requests and for the lawfulness of your marketing practices. We may refuse to send messages we reasonably believe would violate law or platform rules.
9) Data retention
We keep information as long as necessary for the purposes described above, including to provide services, comply with legal/financial record‑keeping, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. As a guideline:
Accounting/tax records: typically 7 years (or longer if required).
Project materials (briefs, assets, reports): up to 24 months after project completion, unless you request earlier deletion and no legal obligations require retention.
We will delete or anonymize information when no longer needed, subject to legal obligations.
10) Security
We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures designed to protect information (e.g., access controls, encryption in transit where supported, least‑privilege practices, MFA on core systems). No method is 100% secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security. We endeavor to align with principles in the Privacy Protection Regulations (Data Security), 5777‑2017.
Incident response. If we become aware of an event that materially affects personal data we control, we will notify affected individuals when required by law. If we process data for a client, we will notify the client without undue delay, subject to law and our contract, and cooperate as reasonably necessary.
11) Your rights (Israel and other regions)
11.1 Israel (Privacy Protection Law, 5741‑1981). You may request to review, correct, or delete information about you that is stored in a database we control, as provided by law. Submit requests to info@4bridge.org with proof of identity and we will respond within statutory timeframes. You may also request removal from direct‑mailing databases.
11.2 Other jurisdictions. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights (e.g., access, portability, restriction, objection). We will honor applicable rights requests in a manner consistent with local law and our legitimate interests.
11.3 Complaints. You may contact the Israeli Privacy Protection Authority (PPA) with concerns. We encourage contacting us first so we can address your issue promptly.
11.4 Acting as a processor. In some projects we process data under our client’s instructions. In those cases, please direct your request to the relevant client, and we will assist them as required.
11.5 Limits on requests. We may refuse, limit, or charge a reasonable fee for requests where permitted by law (e.g., manifestly unfounded or excessive requests), and we may retain certain information as required for legal, accounting, or security purposes even after a deletion request.
12) Children’s privacy
Our website and services are intended for adults in a business context and are not directed to children under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
13) Third‑party sites and services
Our website may contain links to third‑party sites or services. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies. We are not responsible for third‑party content, practices, or interactions.
Do Not Track. Some browsers offer a “Do Not Track” (DNT) signal. Because there is no common industry standard for DNT handling, our site does not respond to DNT signals at this time.
14) Changes to this policy
If we make material changes to how we use personal information, we will post an updated policy on this page and update the “Last updated” date. In some cases, we may provide additional notice (e.g., email or a banner) as required by law.
15) How to contact us
Questions or requests regarding this policy can be sent to info@4bridge.org.
16) Optional annexes (add if relevant)
Data Processing Addendum (DPA): governs processing when we act as a processor for a client.
Cookie Details (Annex A): a table listing each cookie/SDK, provider, purpose, and duration.
Regional Notices: (e.g., EU/UK/California) if you regularly interact with those regions.
